How do I book a session?
Sessions can be provisionally booked by calling 020 7190 9744 or applying online here.
What happens after the provisional booking?
If we agree to take on your case we will call you to finalise an agreed date and time.
I cannot be in the same room as the other party, can we still use Reconcile?
In the far majority of cases for reconciliation to take place the presence of all parties is mandatory. However exceptions can be made where warranted and applicable.
How long are the Reconcile sessions?
A session with an advisor may not exceed 60 minutes.
How many sessions would I need?
This will differ on a case to case basis.
Is there a charge for the Reconcile sessions?
Yes, currently for a 60 minute session a fee of £50 is applicable.
If i feel my case requires more than one session from the onset, can i book multiple sessions?
Yes you can book multiple sessions.
How can I make payment for the session?
Payments can be made either by Bank transfer, Paypal or cash.
Can I pay for my session on the day?
No. All payments must be made at least 48 hours prior to your session.
Can I cancel my appointment?
Yes however you may incur a cost. If the session is cancelled before 3 weeks of your agreed session date, then no fee is incurred. There is a 30% charge of the session fee for any cancellations that occur between 1 and 3 weeks of your agreed session date. If the session is cancelled within one week of the session date a fee of 50% is chargeable.
Will the advisor offer legal-binding advice?
No, the advise imparted by a Reconcile advisor is not legally-binding.
Will my case be dealt with in a confidential manner?
Everything which is said and discussed is confidential and non-prejuducial.
Can I access the Reconcile service over the telephone or internet?
No, advisors can only work with parties physically in their presence and from official Reconcile offices.
Is Reconcile only based in London?
Yes, at the present time we only have offices in London.
Do I need to bring any paperwork with me?
Yes, the person in whose name the booking has been made needs to bring proof of ID and address.
Do I need to carry out any preparations before my session?
Yes, It is mandatory for you to read the ‘what to expect guidelines’ before you attend your session.
How long before my session should I attend the Reconcile office?
We request that you arrive 20 minutes prior to your session.
What times are avaialble to book Reconcile sessions?
At the moment our bookings can be scheduled from 10am to 6pm, Monday to Thursdays; and 10am to 4pm on Saturdays.

If I have a complaint who do I speak to?
All complaints need to be forwarded to Reconcile administration as soon as possible. We value all comments and aim to reply within 48 hours.
